Significant progress has been made at Troon Leisure Club over the past month, with the transformation of the facility now well underway.

Works completed to date include the full clearance and decommissioning of the existing facility, installation of contractor offices and welfare cabins, and the erection of Heras fencing and CCTV around the site perimeter. The construction team has been formally inducted and mobilised on site. Internal walls have been removed, the building stripped back to its core structure, and the front elevation opened up in preparation for forthcoming works.
